My Holistic Services
Reflexology has been shown to relax the mind and reduce psychological and physical stress; it gives time out to calm the mind and provide headspace away from the stress of modern lifestyles.
Treatments are tailored to each specific client and effects are unique to each individual; this holistic approach encourages the body to help restore its natural balance.
Reflexology can help bring relief from a wide range of conditions including chronic pain, headaches, sleep disorders, hormone imbalances and stress or anxiety.
Reflexology works towards a sense of well-being feeling relaxed and renewed after each session.
Each session is tailored to work on your specific goals and needs.
The Indian Head massage is based on a range of different massage pressures and rhythms to stimulate the head, neck and shoulders. It provides relief from aches and pains, promotes a healthy scalp and hair, and helps induce relaxation and a feeling of well-being.
